Infinedi has been informed there are many providers that have stopped receiving their paper remits and we have been told by SC Medicare to follow the instructions listed below in order to deactivate the electronic remits.

Provider Action:

Contact SC Medicare 866-749-4301 option 4, 4, 1 and state you would like to receive paper remits and they will direct you to the correct person in order to deactivate the electronic remits with McKesson. (Infinedi) The payer needs the provider to call in, not McKesson or Infinedi in order to deactivate the electronic remits. (McKesson submitter ID = SC10000909) Be sure and have your provider/group number available. Just a note, this payer is receiving many calls on this issue, so the hold time is lengthy.
