Infinedi has been informed that all providers signed up for electronic claims were automatically authorized for Electronic Remittance Advice. We have contacted NHIC and had all authorizations removed for our providers that did not enroll for ERA’s.

Provider Action:

If you receive a check without an EOB please contact NHIC customer service at 866-502-9054 and request a copy of your EOB.
