Infinedi has been made aware of a system issue with SC BCBS claims submitted 5/18/06-5/21/06. The response report might contain invalid rejections for COM 01160 REFERRING PROVIDER SHOULD COME BEFORE PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER. The Intermediary for this payer has corrected the issue, and has confirmed that all claims that rejected with this message were resubmitted successfully on 5/22/06.
