Infinedi has been informed of a processing issue involving claims received by Noridian Administrative Services between 7/3/06-7/5/06. As a result, you may notice the Claims Confirmation Report listing rejected files with an error “TP can’t send this format for billing provider” or listing rejected files with a blank error message. Noridian is reprocessing all claims and a new Claims Confirmation Report will be generated.
