MEDICARE PART B REPORTS

Infinedi has been made aware that Medicare has made changes to the following Part B reports that your may be receiving:
- Medicare Part B Provider Summary Report
- Medicare Part B Detail Control Listing-Accepted Claims
- Medicare Part B Detail Control Listing-Rejected Claims
- Medicare Part B Detail ICN Cross Reference
These changes took effect with Medicare processing date of October 2, 2006 and incorporated NPI reporting on the above listed reports. Infinedi is in the process of working with the payers and will be diligently to get the reports reprocessed and returned to you as soon as possible. We apologize for any report delays you may experience as a result of these changes.
Provider Action:Please be aware of incomplete reports and delays. Check Infinedi website for future reports and updates.
