Georgia Providers - Georgia Medicare

Problem:

Infinedi has been made aware of a system issue that caused invalid payer rejections. Claims that were received by Georgia Medicare between 4/28/06 through 4/30/06 containing a diagnosis code of 56400 were incorrectly rejected at the payer. The payer has corrected the issue; however, they are unable to reprocess the claims that were incorrectly rejected.

Provider Action:

All claims that rejected between 4/28/09 and 4/30/06 that contained a diagnosis code of 56400 must be resubmitted by your office.
