Infinedi has been made aware of a report processing issue for Noridian Administrative Services for files submitted 8/15/06-8/25/06. During this time period some of the Noridian Claims Confirmation Reports contained the following error message: DESC: DUPLICATE FILE FOUND-FILE NOT PROCESSED. Noridian had a system issue which caused the reports to generate with the above error. Noridian will not be able to produce corrected reports.

No action required unless you have not received payment for claims submitted in this time frame.
