This information will assist you with understanding requirements for a clean claim, aide you in determining the cause of your rejections and instruction for correcting your claims. This guide does not cover every possible requirement, edit or payer. However, it is Infinedi’s expectation is that this information will address many of the general issues that may occur during claims processing.
