TN Medicare Conversion from Cigna Government Services to CAHABA GBA

Infinedi LLC has successfully passed testing for the conversion of TN Medicare Part B from Cigna Government Services to CAHABA GBA. Effective 8/31/09 Infinedi LLC will process production claims for CAHABA GBA. Your claims for 8/31/09 and 9/1/09 will be held until 9/2/09 due to the “Dark Days”.

A “Dark Day” is defined as a day in which Medicare online systems would not be available for either external or internal use. System dark days normally impact the availability of EDI processing, the Customer Service Contact Center and the Interactive Voice Response system.

Please change the payer name and address in your Practice Management System to:

THE ADDRESS CHANGE IS EFFECTIVE 8/31/09

FAILURE TO CHANGE THE PAYER NAME IN YOUR SYSTEM ON THE INSTRUCTED DATE MAY RESULT IN REJECTED CLAIMS AFTER 8/31/09.
