Nebraska BCBS Processing Issue

Claims submitted to Infinedi 8/4/09 and 8/5/09 may have rejected due to an internal processing issue at BCBS. If you received the following error message:

090 PROVIDER NOT ON E/C TRADING PARTNER DATABASE

This issue has been corrected at BCBS; you should not receive this error message after 8/5/09.

Provider Action:

Please review your reports on our website under your Q-Reports tab and resubmit all impacted claims. If you have any questions contact our customer service department at 800-688-8087.
