Uniformed Services Family Health Plan Now Electronic-Payer ID USFHP

Infinedi is now sending USFHP-Uniformed Services Family Health Plan (Louisiana and Texas) claims electronically under payer ID USFHP. This payer requires EDI enrollment. Claims submitted prior to receiving your approval will reject.
