Claims submitted to Infinedi 7/13/09-7/21/09 may have rejected due to a Gateway processing issue. If you received the following error message:

Patient Condition code: Required

This issue has been corrected at the Gateway; you should not receive this error message after 7/21/09.

Provider Action:
