Processing Error on Trailblazer Medicare Claims

Trailblazer Medicare claims received and processed by Infinedi on 06/25/09 and 06/26/09 may have rejected in error due to an internal processing issue. This caused the claims to reject from Trailblazer on the Claim Accepted Response report with the following error message:

R MSG-J46 Line Counter invalid - HL=14 - VALUE 000002 LX -01
