Tufts Health Plans-Invalid Rejections

Infinedi has been advised that claims submitted to Tufts Health Plans on June 8, 2009 may have received an invalid error message due to the payer implementing an invalid edit:

Error Message: INVALID DIAG POINTER

This issue has been resolved as of June 9, 2009. Status of reprocessed claims is unknown at this time.

Provider Action:

Please be aware of the invalid claim rejection. Infinedi will provide updates in regards to the reprocessing of claims that may have received the error message listed above.
