Error: Claim Can't Contain Multiple Years of Service

Paper claims received and processed by Infinedi on 06/10/09 and 06/11/09 may have rejected in error due to an internal processing issue. This caused paper claims with single service year to reject as well as claims with multiple years of service. Impacted claims for 06/11/09 have been reprocessed. Please do not resubmit claims for 06/11/09.
