PacifiCare of CA (Payer ID 95959) Claims Processing Delay

Infinedi has been advised that PacifiCare of CA claims (Payer ID 95959) submitted 05/12/09, were not processed due to a payer system issue. Please do not resubmit these claims. You may experience claim and report delays. Our Epayer 1 gateway is continuing efforts to resolve this issue and current claims submissions to PacifiCare will not be affected.

Provider Action:

Monitor your Epayer 1 Qreports over the coming days to ensure the impacted claims are accepted by PacifiCare. You may continue to submit claims to Infinedi for this payer. Infinedi will advise if further action is necessary.
