Cigna Rejections: Laboratory & Service Location Error

Infinedi has been advised that Cigna claims (Payer ID 62308), processed 05/27/09 through 05/29/09, were rejected due to a system issue at our Epayer 1 gateway. Resubmission of the rejected claims is expected to be completed by Monday, June 1, 2009. Please do not resubmit these claims. Our Epayer 1 gateway is continuing efforts to resolve this issue. Current claims submissions to Cigna should not be affected by this issue.
