Infinedi has been notified that Motion Picture Health Plan no longer accepts electronic claims. As a result, claims received by Infinedi on or after 05/20/09 will no longer go electronic to the payer. All claims received for this payer will be printed and mailed to the payer, and paper claim charges will apply.

If you have received the following error on your THIN/Availity Carrier Report, please take the appropriate action:

Error Message: The payer ID is not valid. Please correct and resubmit the failed transactions.

Provider Action:

If you wish to print and mail the claims from your office, please make the appropriate changes in your practice management system. As always, monitor your reports to make sure no Motion Picture Health Plan claims have been submitted to Infinedi inadvertently.
