Palmetto and Trailblazer 04/30/2009 Failed

The 4/30/09 files transmitted to Palmetto and Trailblazer were not processed successfully due to a system error. This includes the Medicare Part B files for California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, and Medicare Part A file for Oklahoma. Infinedi has resubmitted the affected files for 4/30/09 on 5/07/09.
