Due to the major ice storm that is affecting the Oklahoma area and for the safety of our employee’s, we are working with a reduced staff. Weather permitting we will resume normal operating hours Wednesday, January 28th at 8:00am CST. As always, you may transmit claims 24 hours a day seven days a week. Please continue to check our website for updates.
