Update-HealthChoice Rejections

Infinedi LLC has received communication from Healthchoice that all rejected claims that received the error message listed below have been resubmitted to Healthchoice and are being processed though the new EDS system. ERROR MESSAGE: DESTINATION PAYER PRIMARY IDENTIFIER: INVALID; MUST BE A VALID PAYER ID FROM THE EMDEON BUSINESS SERVICES PAYER LIST
HealthChoice is still researching the following reject messages: For medical chiropractic claims: PATIENT CONDITION CODE: REQUIRED; MUST BE ENTERED For hospital claims: SERVICE DATE OR ASSESSMENT DATE: REQUIRED; MUST BE ENTERED ON OUTPATIENT CLAIMS As soon as this is resolved, Infinedi, LLC will update the Healthchoice alert on the Infinedi home page.

We recommend that if you are impacted by this change, hold your claims until this issue is resolved.
