Infinedi, LLC will be converting the existing Contractor ID to the new J12 Contactor ID on 11/14/08. Highmark Medicare will observe system dark days 11/15/08-11/17/08. There will be no access to the MCS processing system and limited EDI processing. Claims submitted to Highmark Medicare between 4:00pm (EST) on 11/15/08 and 4:00pm (EST) on 11/17/08 will process on Monday night 11/17/08. The first payment cycle will take place on Monday night 11/17/08. Checks and EFT’s created will be dated 11/18/08. Customer contact center and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system will not be available until 11/18/08.
