As of 12/31/08, Infinedi, LLC will discontinue the practice of faxing QAudits and QReports. In this age of advanced technology, our goal is to provide you with the information you need in the most cost-effective & proficient manner. Beginning January 1, 2009, you will have to access your reports through our secure website: http://www.infinedi.net.

Provider Action:

• Make appropriate provisions for internet services over the coming months.
• If you do not have or do not remember your user name and password for the QServices login, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-688-8087.
• If you need assistance using QServices, please contact Client Implementation for an online demonstration.
