NPI Deadline-All Indian Health Facilities-All States

Infinedi will require NPI(s) on all inbound claims (professional and institutional) for primary, referring, supervising, ordering and attending providers beginning 5/12/08 to prepare for the 5/23/08 deadline. If your system is not capable of populating the CMS1500 with a NPI then you must contact Infinedi LLC for other resolutions. Effective 5/12/08 if your claims do not contain a NPI you will receive a reject on your Infinedi Q-Audit report.
