Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Tennessee Medicaid NPI Only

Infinedi has been notified that AL, KY, SC and TN Medicaid are starting the transition to NPI only for all electronic claims. Beginning April 7, 2008, we will transmit NPI only on all outbound electronic claims for these payers. No legacy numbers will be sent.

Provider Action:

Monitor your Q- Reports for any NPI discrepancy errors. If you do receive the discrepancy errors, please verify through NPPES and your local Medicaid that you have registered your NPI (s) correctly.
