OK Part B Medicare conversion to Trailblazers

Infinedi LLC has successfully passed testing for the conversion of OK Medicare Part B to Trailblazers. Effective 3/1/08 Infinedi LLC will submit production claims to Trailblazers. You will still receive payer reports from Pinnacle for claims submitted prior to 3/1/08. For claims submitted 3/1/08 and forward you will receive payer reports from Trailblazers. Please see new payer name and address listed below for your Medicare Part B claim submission.
