Montana, Rhode Island Medicare NPI Only

Infinedi has been notified that MT, RI Medicare is starting the transition to NPI only for all electronic claims. Beginning March 1st, 2008, we will transmit NPI only on all outbound electronic claims. No legacy numbers will be sent.

Provider Action:

Please verify you have registered your NPI correctly with Medicare to prevent possible rejections. Please watch your Q- Reports and call customer service at 800- 688-8087, if you receive NPI discrepancies errors.
