Medicare-Illinois, Minnesota and Michigan Multiple Payer Reports

Infinedi LLC has been made aware of a system issue at Wisconsin Physician Services (WPS) which affected our claim files submitted on January 17, 2008. WPS inadvertently re-processed claim files on that day. Two Batch Detail Control Listing reports were generated, one with accurate information and one with the inaccurate error message:

BATCH STATUS: DELETED. The second Batch Detail Control Listing report can be disregarded.

Provider Action:

Please disregard the duplicate Batch Detail Control Listing Report as listed above.
