Error Summary Reports (ESRs) Will Be Delayed for Claims Submitted Between January 1, 2008 - January 4, 2008 The posting of Error Summary Reports (ESRs) for electronic claims submitted Tuesday, January 1, 2008 thru Friday, January 4, 2008 will be delayed. Providers can match the claim submitted date to the Process Date on the Error Summary Report to track the submissions once the reports are available, ESR posting dates are provided in the table below.
