Palmetto has identified a processing issue they have had for files submitted on 7/19 and 7/20.   Claims are receiving the following rejection:

Claim Status: A7 - Acknowledgement/Rejected for Invalid Information - The claim/encounter has invalid information as specified in the Status details and has been rejected.

Claim Detail: 249 - Place of service.

Infinedi will be resubmitting the 7/19 and 7/20 files Thursday 7/26/12
