Infinedi has been notified by Novitas Solutions that effective 08/13/2012 Arkansas and Louisiana Medicare Part B currently serviced by Pinnacle Business Solutions will transition to the MAC JH administered by Novitas Solutions. Infinedi is currently working with Novitas Solutions to ensure a smooth transition.
Providers should be aware of the following:
· If you are currently enrolled for EFT’s a new Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form CMS-588 is required.
· Electronic claims and remittance agreements are not required
