Infinedi, LLC will be converting the existing Contractor ID to the new J8 Contactor ID on 07/12/2012.  WPS Medicare will observe system dark days 7/13/12 – 7/17/2012.  There will be limited access to the self service tools and no EDI processing.  Claims submitted to WPS MI Medicare between 5:00pm (EST) on 7/11/2012 and 4:00pm (EST) on 7/18/2012 will process on Wednesday night 07/18/2012.  Payments and remittance advices will resume on 7/18/2012.  Customer contact center and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system will not be available until 7/17/2012.
