Routing of DAKOTACARE Claims

Infinedi has received information from DAKOTACARE that claims need to be submitted to a specific payer ID depending on the specialty of the provider and their membership in CASD.

If your specialty is chiropractic and you are a member of Chiropractic Associates, Ltd. of South Dakota (CASD) you will address your claims as:

If your specialty is chiropractic and you are not a member of Chiropractic Associates, Ltd. of South Dakota you will address your claims as:

If the provider is any other specialty (not chiropractic) and located in South Dakota or the practice is located in other states you will address your claims as:

DAKOTACARE    DAK01

Provider Action:
