As first reported on 3-29-12, due to a processing issue, Kansas BCBS and Kansas City BCBS claims submitted to Infinedi on 3/19/2012 were not processed by ASK. Infinedi resubmitted these claims to ASK on Thursday March 29, 2012.
Update: ASK experienced additional processing issues and the claims that were resubmitted on Thursday March 29, 2012 were not processed. ASK will reprocess the affected claims on Wednesday April 11, 2012.
