Infinedi has been made aware of a NE BCBS ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) processing issue.  NE BCBS did not return all ERA’s for claims submitted between July 2010 and February 2011.  This did not affect the payment or denial of claims and a paper EOB was mailed to the provider at the time of processing.  This processing issue only affected the ERA file that was generated back to Infinedi.

Please be aware you may have old ERA files posted to your Q-ERA tab that may range in dates July 2010-Feburary 2011.
