Payer Transaction Change for TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefit Pool-Payer ID 74214 and UMR Onalaska- Payer ID 79480

Effective immediately, the above payers are instituting a change related to their electronic claim service.  The payer has indicated that Payer ID 74214 for TML has been cancelled.  All claims for TML should be submitted with Payer ID 79480-UMR Onalaska (formerly Midwest Security of WI).
