Last week, the president has signed the short-term reimbursement fix into law. After significant discussion yesterday afternoon, the House has passed a short-term Medicare fix that includes a 2.2% increase in physician fees retroactively to June 1st. The fix will be in effect until Nov. 30, 2010. For those of you who have contacted your Congress members and Senators, thank you for your efforts.
