Highmark- DE, DC, MD, NJ and PA Medicare

Highmark- DE, DC, MD, NJ and PA Medicare claims received and processed by Infinedi on 04/07/2010 rejected in error due to a processing issue.  This caused our entire file for the date listed above to reject from Highmark.  Affected claims were resubmitted 4/12/2010.
