All Providers: Print Image Secondary- Updated Instructions

Infinedi now offers the option of print image secondaries* for the providers who cannot send an ANSI 837 P format. There are two methods.

·         Method 1

o   Sending a batch

·         Method 2

o   Online conversion of primary claim to secondary

*Not all payers accept electronic secondary claims.

Adjustment Reason Codes further define the Adjustment and is mandatory to file a secondary claim.

The Primary Payer on the ERA/EOB should supply the Reason Code. You may visit link for a total list of codes:
