Nebraska Blue Cross Blue Shield is experiencing an internal issue as reflected on some 03/23/2010 payer reports:

This issue is still being researched and may not be limited to this date. Infinedi has been advised that claims were processed as accepted even though you may notice the carrier report light is red in VIC. We will provide an update when more details become available.
