Error: Claim Can’t Contain Multiple Years of Service

Infinedi’s processing system edits HCPCS/CPT and ICD-9-CM codes based on service date.  Claims with more than one year of service will not pass through Infinedi’s edits, resulting in rejection of your claim.

Example:

Sample service lines:

12/13/2009        CPT 99213        $100.00

01/13/2010        CPT 99213        $100.00

 

Error: Claim Can't Contain Multiple Years of Service

Provider Action:

To avoid this type of rejection, please send separate claims for each year of service.  If claims do reject, you may correct and resubmit the claim to Infinedi from your office or edit the claim by logging into our website at www.infinedi.net with your secure user name and password.
