Claims Processing Delay

Infinedi experienced a technical issue resulting in delayed claims processing for the first half of the day on 01/04/10.  Providers may have been unable view batch reports for claims transmitted to Infinedi since 01/01/10. Infinedi has addressed this issue and normal processing is occurring. Batch reports should be available by the end of the business day 01/04/10.  We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please review your reports on www.infinedi.net to insure we have received and processed all claims transmitted to Infinedi since 01/01/10.
