Effective immediately, Payer ID 67466 Pacific Mutual is no longer electronic. If claims are submitted to Infinedi they will be printed on a CMS-1500 and mailed. Your monthly invoice will reflect a paper claims charge.
If you want Infinedi to submit your paper claims, no action is required.
